Guided History Walks around Colyton

Everyone can discover what's lies behind walls and how architectural features can unlock the history of buildings. Learn more about the Saxon origins of our town and how Colyton became Devon's Most Rebellious Town.

 

The walks start from the car park at 2pm

and are £4.00 per person, under 16 free

 

Walks will be every Thursday from 7th April till 29th of September

 

Specially arranged group walks can be arranged throughout the year.

Annual Summer Day Trip

In July or August the Society ventures forth on a coach trip to visit places of historical interest, often with privileged access or specially arranged tours. And, of course, always time for a cream tea! Details for the 2022 Annual Summer Day Trip will be published in the Spring.
